Postal stamps aren't meant for posting letters alone. For us in the banking industry it is sometimes used on certain agreements, guarantee both personal and corporate, borrowers fact sheet and a host of others uses. Please broaden your horizon. So you are not limited in your knowledge and appear as illiterates. i am quite sure it is used in other professions as well. |
