On the 4th of March 2013 I made an online payment of 21,957 naira using my ATM card through POS to a company in the UK , as at today they have not received the money,I have gone to GTbank Transamadi branch PortHarcourt and GTbank Ojodu Lagos several times with no result, I called GTconnect,contacted card services and card risk recently with no result also,the response I get from them is that they will investigate the matter and get back to me which has not been done. I have decided to go to the social media and contact a lawyer, since GTbank has refused to provide a solution and fish out the error. 1 Like |
