I was once a slim boy but now I'm chubby and its making me sad and depressed, people make fun of me cry even my bestfriend sad and no be say dem get level reach me sef grin undecided I'm d kinda guy dat don't let things bother me 2much but I just can't help dis 1, whenever I'm in a gathering(with friends and soccer pals) I'm d topic of discussion, its either dey say I'm 2 fat, I can't run, or dey'll say I'm losing shape and dat I don't av stamina.. Just dis evening, my bestfriend was telling me how fat I ​am and dat I av a woman's ass cry I've been made fun of, I've been picked on and now I want it 2 stop angry. So nairalanders, I beg u guys 2 help me lose weight so dat I can shame dem angry

Drink more water (5-8glasses a day)
Reduce your carbs(white rice) consume more beans insted so if you wan make food make sure the beans plenty pass the rice.

Exercise!! Turn on the music and dance your ass off for 30minutes lol no kill yourself oo..

Consume more protein: beans, fish, egg, milk, yoghurt, avocado

Drink warm water in the morning, this would help kick start your metabolism for the day.

Eat more in the morning and very little before bed! Notice I said before bed

Eat fruits: mango, pawpaw, apple, banana.. You people have more organic fruits over there so take advantage of it..

Reduce your garri intake grin yes oo.. Reduce your salt intake too.. And amala and pounded yam..

Eat mostly citrus fruits because they increase metabolism and drink a lot of PLAIN tea, preferably ginger and green tea, this will help to cleanse your system and while drinking the tea, always stay close to a toilet to prevent accidents.
