I just saw this lines on facebook and the name as mine. I read it and wondered if I wrote it. Of course I did but then, it sounded more magical and enchanting to me after seeing it again after close to a year of writing it.

Feel free to tell me your thoughts on it.

SACRED LINES OF THE MORNING

THE LAND IS GREEN

My songs are sweet melody drooping
Like melted honey from its combs
A touch of the soulless warrior
Bravest in heart and yet weak at knee

The sun is my torch light
The moon a maid rocking me to sleep
Don’t touch the stars up high
Their anger could be shocking

Am a peasant on a journey through
A world where you prevail only by being corrupt
Songs of justice fills my heart
Yet to mouth the lyrics is like death itself

The land is green…. Like the cactus in the Sahara
Flowing with milk and honey
Like the valley of death…..
Wish legends will come to life…..
Then with dismay shall our world be greeted…..

Where is the greenery of Eden…..
Even vultures are on the verge of extinction….
Do I smile or cry…. For my heart is now torn
Torn between the suffering of being alive
and the fear of resting finally in death…..

I surely wish to live…….

VOICE OF A DREAM

Wish the winds will speak it’s mind out
Of the wonders it has seen while blowing south
Wish the rain will express itself
Its pita-pate drowning the voice of the soil in a welsh
Wish the moon will remain full forever
A proud bride for the sunshine in every weather
Wish the stars will come out in the day
Dancing slowing and making the world gay
Wish pains will cease and death will be no more
But all these are a product of nature
Silence in my heart and cries in my throat
My emotions clouding like a rocking boat

Let the birds of the air bear the message
Tell it to no one even those with whom you are engaged
It is a dream born out of curiosity
A voice neglected and denied pomposity
It is a dream of a land far away from mother earth
Where everything lives in harmony even death
A dream of legends and knights of old
Passed down generations in fable told
It is the dream of the universe
Wishes of every one breathing his last

It is the voice of a dream
Born out of the need of man into our realm
A dream to see better days
Even though under the yoke we’ve been for years
It is a dream of unity
Crossing barriers and all enmity
It is that tiny sound like a voice
Telling us, we’ve all got a choice
A choice to change our world
Clear it of all evil and discord
Though the obstacles might come
But our victory will be like the morning sun
And sure sorrow does last for the night
But disappears at the first ray of light…..

IT IS THE VOICE OF MY DREAM….
THE VOICE OF YOUR DREAM……
THE VOICE OF OUR DREAM……
UNITED AGAINST ALL ODDS…..

YES…. THE TINY VOICE OF A DREAM….
