Remember we told you exclusively that the Samsung Galaxy S4 would be available in Nigeria starting this month? It’s here…well, sort of. MTN Nigeria has just opened up pre-orders for the Samsung’s flagship device.

Actually, 108k is around 675 dollars. That isn't much cheaper than what a 16GB iPhone would sell for if its launched by any nigerian carrier.
