On the 22nd of March, 2013, over 200 students were suspended for one year in Madonna University, Okija, Anambra state. These students were asked by their lecturers, to submit their assignments with the sum of 1000 naira each. The school authorities heard this and immediately expelled the course representative and suspended the students involved for a whole year. Is this justice? What kind of psychological trauma will those students be going through now that their mates are in school and they are at home about to waste a year of their lives. What do you think?

If you're suspended for a semester, it means you have to repeat the whole year because by e time you resume to complete the session, your mates will already be in the next level. That's how it is in Madonna.
