if you are considering the hot weather, i'll advise to hold d jacket on ur hand and wen u get there u put it on. if u hv a white shirt put it on as it conceals sweat.

It is not mandatory, but i will advice you get one if you can.

Since you are a girl (i presume) you can dress in such a way like wear a black skirt/trouser and a good looking shirt and tuck it in...(i dont know much about fashion but i have an idea of what i am saying, just pick some point and you will get it ) just dress very smart and sexy . you shouldn't go through the stress of buying a suit if its not gonna be convenient for you.....if its your then not even your dressing will take it away from you.
