AN Osogbo High Court, has ordered the striking lecturers of the four government-owned tertiary institutions in Osun State to resume academic activities with immediate effect. It is, therefore, necessary to grant this order in the interim. Consequently, I hereby order as follows. It is hereby ordered that the 8th defendant, Rector, Osun State Polytechnic, Iree; 9th defendant, Rector, Osun College of Technology, Esa-Oke; 10th defendant, Provost, Osun College of Education, Ilesa and the 11th defendant, Provost, Osun College of Education, Ila, to resume duties pending the determination of the suit,
