You need your production personnels.., (producer,director, stage manager, custume manager,.etc. like ₦50,000.should be enough. You need a good camera man too.. But wait, it depends on how much u bargain with other personnels

Truthfully, there is no set or average amount. It depends on what you are shooting, who you can lay your hands on as per cast & crew, if you own kit or have to beg, borrow, steal... or hire it

I think you have asked the wrong question. Or the right question too soon. You need to answer a few yourself like - What story idea do u have? In case u don't, are u buying one? Or asking a friend for one? What skill do you already posses? The requirements (apart from the basic like a camera, cast n crew) will depend on the idea. Are u breaking things? Will u need to shoot in the air. Will u shoot at night with popular people? Etc... When these are answered we can then know the cost
