Pleas nairalanders,I need help urgently.I was browsing on my laptop,all of a sudden it popped up some funny msgs,den It restarted,then it showed me two options of :start windows safely,or windows repair,wen I tried d repair,it goes from a black screen to a blue screen with an arrow nd it doesn't go further.Please HELP! |

alrite wats d brand of ur pc if its acer one u switch on ur pc press d f7 key n click on system restore if u have a restore point if nt click on factory reset.if u have any prob mail me at peaceosas89@gmail.com |

Jesusbabygirl: My pc is a dellok follow d same process once u switch on ur pc quickly press d f7 or u can try f2 button once u press it it will display a list of options like startup repair,system restore,restore pc to a last knw gud configuration nw u will select d last knw gud config wait a few mins in some cases u will have to select d earlier point like when ur pc was working well once u r done ur pc will reboot n start working again if it doesnt work 4 u den u will have to factory reset |
