Habit is a thing that you do often and almost without thinking especially something that is hard to stop doing.
There are two ways to it, its either you practise good habits or you practise bad habits. The type of habit that you practised will depicts whoever you are, a bad person or a good person.
Good habits are hard to form but easy to live with while bad habit are easy to form but hard to live with. Good habits give a good result.
Your success in life is proportional to the type of habits that you practised because your life today is the sum total of your choices, decisions and actions up to this point. Because you develop either good or bad habit as a result of your choices, decisions and actions.
You can create your own bright future by changing your habits because successful people have success habits while unsuccessful people do not have those habits.
Your good habits are responsible for most of your success and happiness while your bad habits are responsible for most of your problems and frustrations.
All habits are learned as a result of practise and repetition, therefore learn habits that will make you a successful person in the nearest future.
Since bad habit are learned, so they can be unlearned and replaced with good habits by the process of PRACTICE and REPETITION.
We first make habit, then our habits make us.
Its not a matter of luck, chance or accident that some people are successful, its a matter of the law and principle (which are success habits) which they strictly adhere to.
Whoever you want to become, you just have to learn the habits to become such person. All habits are learned and are therefore learnable.
If you have checked yourself and think that that you are practising bad habits, don't be depressed, there is a way out of it. All you need do is to unlearn those bad habits and replace them with good ones through the process of practice and repetition. This is possible because all habits are learned.
If anyone else around you has developed a key habit that has enabled him or her to be more successful, that is a proof in itself that you too can learn and develop this habit. It is simply a matter of PRACTICE and REPETITION
