bro,u are wrong,during 65rc and wen i trained at nda 3.2 km track dis year,i did normal jogging,i rested 3 times(i was walking dis time)each time,i walked for 20 seconds b4 resuming my normal jogging,and i made it in 16 mins..bro 3.2km no be smoke oo,try to run round a standard pitch 9 times(running)and see if u won't faint.

... 16Min... A minute nd 59secs more... That dosnt stop you from trying to make it in 5Minutes if possible...
You aint just jogging and Training for the screening exercise... Keep it in Mind that you Training Against the Academy... So 3.2km no be smoke ooo... But I wldnt advise any one to take it as a Joke

Boot is for anybody, either u have flat foot or not. But 1) Anyone with flat foot can't stand in a balance way for a long time. 2)u can't jog a long distance.. Etc. U gat wot I mean by etc??
