I was just watching a programme on CNN titled "Trapped". This program was about Nigerian women travelling to countries like Denmark and other western countries -where they're forced to be commercial sex workers. Please my question is why must it always be Nigeria that this CNN and other western media houses focus on for misconduct?
Are there no other African countries with issues, even the United States has more prostitues. Why us?

My dear never mind those ones a school of thought said that you need friends to be successful but you need enemies (USA and Others) to be more successful. The problem is we Nigerians; we don’t know how to cover our dirty mouth in presence of those Greyhounds. Our Media should learn how to protect the Image of this country. It will be easier for a man to count the grains of sand by the beach than for any South African Media to speak evil of his country. Let Nigeria Media learn! Most especially AIT International, thought they are sharing the African Experience, let them share the good ones as well. Has CNN 4got that most of these evil emanate from their country? Have they 4got that Lesbian, Pornographic movies, homoxesual and internet fraud originated from them? Great Nigerian people let’s make a clarion call to arise and do it once again. We can rule the world if we are ready

It think the problem liesin the fact that we dont know how to celebrate an encourage other peoplessuccess in Nigeria.
Every country has bad things about them in the press but because they celebrate their successes very effectively in the media, we dont seemuch of the bad stuff.

The problems with Nigerians is that they run down anyone who has made a success of themselves.
There is a lot of ill feelings towards neighbours and some people go as far as deliberately sabotaging the hard work of their fellow Nigerian. for this reason, i guess most people who are doingwell for themselves will stay out of the limelight to avoid all the negativity.

As a country we need to embracethe idea of brotherhood,,,, Nigeria for Nigerians by Nigerians (someone used the phrase in a speech i attended recently and it makes sense)

And to make things worse they are repeating the programme for the second time this year
