You can use mtn bis even without setting apn to blackberry. net.
My wife's mtn sim works on my laptop. She sent BBC to 21600 for just 1k.
I don't know the data cap.

You can also used Airtel bis 1.2k for 1gb data. Type *440*4#

I own an iPhone 4S and I have been using the MTN bbc subscription on it. Your only challenge will be how to create that blackberry.net APN. But if your carrier settings are editable, then good luck to you. It works very well
