Save the Children's annual State of the World's Mothers report finds that moms in Finland are the best-off, while and those in Congo have it the hardest. The U.S., which has the highest first-day infant death rate in the industrial world, was 30th out of the 176 countries on the index and Nigeria is on 169 position, out of the 54 African countries, Nigeria is placed above only 7 countries (Gambia, CAR, Niger,Mali, Sierra Leone, Somalia and DR Congo) and yet we still sit here on NL claiming to be great...its a pity
