After filling d form, I clicked submit but it not taking me to anoda page.

submitted sucessfully got an id. i think the traffic is high, thus some things not loading well, cos am trying to apply for a friend and its not loading the submit button. even when i just submitted my sucessfully.

i wonder if someone else has this same issue. Under the date of completion of nysc column, the year ends with 2012....no 2013...those of us that finished march of this year nko?
