Why the 3k now? why not before people start applying like other organization do theirs? Why a micro-finance bank? Something just doesn't add up.

I'm even ashame of being an indigene of this state. Kogi state govt blatantly refused to pay my bursary allowance when i was in the university, now it's time to secure job, they said i should pay 3k again. What a height of flagrant insolence!
