I loved Sam as the moderator, he was lovely and friendly, I don't think he did anything wrong, not from experience but i beleive being a moderator is not easy at all, he was just trying to do his job

In real life, you don't kick someone out and then evaluate his performance and wonder whether he should have gone or not. It is the other way round. Seun, you should asked us this before removing him. Quite frankly, you are a couple of days late. You have already removed him so why does it matter to you what we think about his performance. If I were Sam, I would refuse the offer because it just doesn't make any sense.
