The X1 is striking all the wrong notes so far. I mean with

-A fee to play preowned games

-The fact that it won’t work without the kinect

-The (unconfirmed) fact that the Kinect will be used to monitor how many people are viewing and then possibly charge content per viewer http://www.popsci.com/gadgets/article/2012-11/kinect-watching-you-watch-television-so-it-can-charge-you-body

-The fact that internet connection is required at least once a day for the console.

Microsoft had better clear the air on these issues - the 'possible scenarios' excuse doesn't cut it

apart from it been bad news(it wont help gamers here in the country )as 70% of gamers cant afford to buy brand new games or used games for that high !!it would most likely favor game house business*(that's if the kinect stuff is false )

Boooooooooooooooooo!!!! And I thought sony was greedy invading gamers bloddy privacy with their constant surveilance of our purchases and usage of used games and kinect? Seriously? Kinect? So what are they planning on using the camera for ? As anti piracy measures? Don't they already have the toughest security from hackers already even more secure than sony easily hackable playstation network. NO this is greed I say we should all revolt and not take shit anymore from microsoft plus their consoles aren't ever durable we will just have to see
