A fast Growing Company in Lagos is in need of Client Service Executives.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
• To essentially establish and cultivate relationships with potential and existing clients
• To meet client needs so customers are satisfied, resulting in profits for the company
• To introduce new products or services
• To respond to client inquiries and complaint.
• To Seal up deals. Following through Orders, supplies and payment collection.

JOB SKILLS:

• Candidate must have strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills
• Candidate must have solid verbal and written communication skills.
• Candidate should be able to manage time, projects and sales efficiently and be detailed oriented.
• Candidate must be a strategic planner and have a strong understanding of the company's products and services.
• Client service executives must have strong judgment and decision-making skills as well.
• In addition, Candidate should have strong leadership skills, be self-directed and be able to multitask.
• Candidate must be proficient with computers and software spreadsheet programs such as Microsoft Excel.


REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum Qualification of HND with 1 – 3 Years experience
