Build 7601 This copy of windows is not genuine...

This message showed up in bottom right hand corner of my desktop. I dont know why it showed up and what can be done to remove it.

Will install the software later when I get to my lappy, i'm using phone right now.

Will the software correct the error (if any)? Or will it prevent it happening again?

P.S: I followed a youtube procedure which I googled and the message disappeared after rebooting only to appear some hours later again. I went to youtube, followed the same procedure again and removed it once more. I havent used my laptop since this morning to know if it will appear again.
