Microsoft didn't get enough love from the gaming community after the anticipated reveal of their flagship console; Xbox One. All the hype surrounding the gaming device reduced once the Xbox One reveal event was concluded. It seems Microsoft didn't give gamers what they wanted to hear, negative PR took it toll and the steady momentum which was built on the hype meter began to shift. It was even reported that Sony's stock increased while that of Microsoft reduced few hours after the Xbox One was revealed. Sony can also make things difficult for Microsoft and the Xbox one if they have these games available on PS4 launch.

What gamers want is games, the main use of any gaming device is to play games and then every other features can come in. If Microsoft can surprise us with these 3 unannounced games as Xbox One launch titles, things would no doubt get better.

3. Gears of War 4


Microsoft and Epic games had a deal to produce Gears of War exclusively on the Xbox 360. It was meant to be a trilogy and so has it. Gears of War is a great third-person shooter game, it first made an appearance into the gaming community in 2006 and has never looked back. The other iteration of the game took great steps further, enhancing the controls, graphics and overall providing a compelling story.

Gears of War has been a massive hit on the Xbox brand with alot of loyal fanbase. Microsoft knows this claim, and can turn the tides around. I have no idea if anyone wanted the spin-off for the series; Gears of War: Judgement but I am pretty sure every gamer out there would embrace a true sequel. Gears of War may have ended with Gears of War 3; Myrrah died, The Locust died, but who said we can't another have Gears of War?
