there is this new site that is being advertised in the national dailies. it's www.procurementwatch.com. the main idea of the site is to creat an avenue for pple to find procurement/supply related opportunities online. but you have to buy airtime with ur ATM cards. what's ur opinion about this idea of having to buy airtime before u can access a site like this? |
