i) 14.5kg ~ 15kg. $13/kg for 15kg = $195 aka Freight Fee.

ii) Products are billed $5/product. $5 * 1,000 hand bands = $5,000. The team member figured that it's crazy to charge you $5,000 for 1,000 products that are low cost and applied a discount of $4,900 to your invoice, hence making the Service Charge $100.

100/1000 = $0.1/hand band i.e N16.80 per hand band.

If you go with other freighters, you have $15/kg and slow speed to contend with.

However, the choice is always yours.
