To be honest, this is the first time i am using your service, and i must say, the person or whoever is handling your whatsapp is not doing a good job at all.....and i am hugely dissappointed
I had some items i needed to get to lagos asap, i asked if there would be any shipment last week, the person said in 11days, only for me to come to the thread here and see there was shipment on the 5th, the person said it was unplanned shipment,fine, maybe the person forgot, but said there would be shipment on the 12th, the person said the items have to get to your hub 2 days before freight date , and i should place my orders on time, fine, i paid priority shipping of $52 just so it would deliver on saturday.
It was only when i asked today the person just said the freight date has been moved to the 19th which means more than 7 days, is that even standard shipping?,i wont be suprised if the person didnt even have first hand information on your shipping schedule and was just making it up. what type of poor service is that? and you mean i will still pay service charge, and those expensive rates for that slow service, i must say i am hugely dissappointed, i had really high hopes.

According to my client she received the invoice since 8th and then paid. But on Whatsapp this morning I was informed by whoever is handling it that the client has not paid.

I don't know why I have to go through this every month. It's very saddening and if I complain I just get a long argument which is just as stressful. I waited all weekend no single reply and I really needed the funds.

Pls do something especially about the WhatsApp angle. I don't like coming on Nairaland to be talking about my matters but I'm always forced to. This wasn't how the service was in the beginning or else I wouldn't have been so comfortable with it.

I always look silly to the client asking questions I'm supposed to know. This isn't professional at all.

I'm really sorry you're disappointed with our service at Specuit - my apology for a negative experience and that we crushed your high hopes. It wasn't intended neither was it an isolated case. No, our Hello Team wasn't making up the dates and also, the Hello Team handles only communication and doesn't make freight decisions.

Some quick explanations:
The 29th (May): Freight as usual; next freight slated for 12th June (today).

An opening came in for the 5th and we took advantage of it. We take advantages of this so as to deliver on time (example: Mohammed D. on the 5th June freight who got his order from the USA -> Lagos in 9 days) and then, we also work hard to retain the initial date; this didn't work great this time and I apologize for that.

The 5th: an auxiliary freight; when an auxiliary freight happens, some clients have it great because their packages arrive on time and few clients have it bad (in this case, you were among the affected few) because their packages arrive later than promised, mostly a week later.

The 12th: Planned freight which was rescheduled to the 19th and the next is on the 3rd of July.

Let me have your tracking details & we'll look up your order and see what's good with it. We'll refund 50% of the $52 you paid ($26: N9,490) in Voucher Value for your next order and you can apply it as deduction on Freight Fee & Service Charge (this will not restore your hopes to the high level it was at before but I hope, on behalf of everyone at Specuit, it goes a long way).
