Hello Bizbloke, Reading through your thread and seeing everyone give positive feedbacks it makes me wonder why it was mine that chose to go wrong. I read the mail you sent to me, only if you had sent such earlier stating the problems it encountered I wouldn't have been so worried. I still have mixed feelings about using your US procurement team but I don't want to be disappointed again. But then 6 out of seven items I purchased from China and US got to me in good condition. If I have to use this US procurement again, cause I plan to buy another laptop asap. I'm I guaranteed it would come in as scheduled or at least I'll be properly informed if there are delays.
