No to mini skirts or plunging necklines in the subways or on public buses. Chinese authorities and the Department of Beijing Public Security has in fact posted on their blog a guide in which women are advised to avoid too skimpy clothes when traveling on public transport.

Didn't Lagos ban it a few years ago. I think people should be allowed to dress the way they like.
