Boil your meat well with seasoning, salt, onions, when done remove the pot and put a dry pot on fire, lower heat and put 3cöoking spoon of palm oil for 2 cups of egusi except you want it oily, cut onions in bits, when the oil is heated pour the onions and meat then fry a little, now pour the egusi and stir consistently for 5 minutes, then pour the tomatoes and the meat sauce, remove the spoon and dont stir.

When it seems like it,s burning, stir and add little water, now put in your washed stockfish, fish, kpomo, crayfish and seasoning and stir, dont put salt to avoid oversaltiness add little heat and cover the pot.leave it for 4-5 mins then add your washed vegetable, now add salt if it's needed and stir, cover your pot and lower or off the cooker, eatable with semo, poundo, eba, tuwo, amala and even rice.phew erm dont forget to drop your comments and likes thanks
