Okorie Victor a renowned Nigerian Webmaster certified by w3c holds launching of his newest web portal "smartvilla"

He explained that he developed it in order to help provide the best and quality discussion boards on a general forum with the aim of helping members to be smart and stay on top of the 21st century.

The portal kicks off with internet tricks, website creation tutorials, Educational forum, cheats, Ebooks for free, downloads, games, news and business.
He further stated that he also want to use the portal and impact it's members with his webmastering skills. He have feed the site with more than 20 free tutorialz. He said the spirit of the forum is 'share your smartkits for free.

The forum having been rated by numerous professionals in the field have been proved to be very efficient as to achieve its aim. It is also feared to become the greatest forum within 6months of it's launching.

Certified by w3.org(W3C) or w3schools.com?

The former doesn't give certification right now, although they are proposing to start soon.
These are areas they intend to offer certification:
certification of Web content (e.g. site validity, accessibility)
certification of Software programs (e.g. browsers, authoring tools)
certification of Service providers (e.g. Web design shops)

The later's certification is fake and not recognized in web industry. w3schools is owned by certain individuals who teach crappy and incomplete tutorials to newbies and extort money from them in the name of giving them certification. Go here: http://www.w3fools.com

I can see that you most young guys in Nigeria have no single idea on how to make a meaningful statement on the world wide web landscape. Everybody wants to have a forum website build with free forum templates.
