And that's probably true, or at least, it's fair to say that the PS4 isn't any more obtrusive than the PS3 was. But it still looks a bit bulky at first glance, like an onyx coffee table book that you keep propped up by your television.

If anything, it seems to take up even more of a footprint than the PS3, although it's hard to say based on the brief glimpse we got of the console on the stage. Maybe more fair to say that it looks like an evil Wii, or a more genteel 2001: A Space Odyssey monolith.

very cool console $399.99 dollars pre order. ($100 dollars cheaper than Xbox One)

3D graphics and all. can be operated offline (unlike the Xbone one that locks up IF it stays offline for 24 hours)

$100(£80) cheaper and playstation 4 will play second hand games unlike the new x-box one. that to me is the deal-breaker.

PS3 has gone cheaper now....it's around £100 in the UK as we speak which is N25,000. nigerians buy BB phones that are costlier than that on a daily basis, abeg!
