There is a reset button at the back of the tab just like the one on our scientific calculator back then, press it the pad will come up

which antivirus are using? antivirus that never detects any virus. it's consumes your precious RAM. just uninstall the damn antivirus.

uninstall the pes delete the cache file. then
-unzip the cache file to android/data path.
-then install the apk.
cache to android/data path before you install the apk.
