pls, I think the battery of my tecno tab is not good. does not charge on time, can stay on a percentage for hours, can jump from 26 pcent to 100pcent, and while using it, drains badly. am tired of sending it to their office, does anyone know if it can be repaired?. pls, whatsapp me 08031186120 |

Drain out the battery, let it off by itself. Make sure it doesn't on again, but shows that light when u try putting it on. Then charge (with the right charger) till it is full. Dnt charge the tab until its below 20%. The battery has calibration problem. Hope this works. 1 Like |

Please gurus in the house, i was using a colleagues tecno phantom pad N9 yesterday morning. I later switched it off and on again after about 10 minutes. The phone will work fine but something came up on the screen saying ''unfortunately, SalesTrackerSystem has stopped'' and it will there. Even if u OK it, it still comes back again. I've done the reset and problems persist till this morning. Please someone should kindly help me out here. I dont understand this wahala abeg. |

swimcash: I did a factory reset on my phone (tecno n9 tab) yesterday. But after reseting everything and the phone switched back on it keeps writing SalesTrackerSystem has stop syddenly., if I press ok it comes back again I can't get past it., any help pls?please, how did you sort out this issue? i have the same problem |

My tecno N9 mistypes or types on its own, or even select and pops up apps on its own, this is getting annoying, what do i do, asi cant habe a good chat on bbm and whatsapp. |
