Abuja does not pay any state alawee. All you get is the federal alawee and whatever your employer at your primary place of assignment chooses to give you if any. The banks also charge 250 Naira each month for NYSC bank account maintenance where your alawee will be paid into. So, 19,800 - 250 = 19,550 is your take home pay.
