As summer is getting hotter and hotter for every summer there is a need to take care more than ever to face summer hotness and its effects .we could able to see a great increase in sunstroke deaths in a rise as compared to last year. So there is always to stay cool on sure by following some of the tips followed here. The quality of food and diet which we have to face this sure seasons are specified herein this article. It has become most prominent to stay cool remained in coolness.try to avoid moving out of your house.try to postpone your works which are fixed to move in this hot summer fix the same program in the evening or early in the morning because at that time there will be not effects of summer .

Natures chemo care suggests soursop products and soursop fruit for better heat resistance immunity. Whenever you move out of your home just carry this things which will protect you from hotness of sun carry water in a strong solid bottle through which will not get warm very soon and carry an umbrella so cover your body and getting affected for sunstroke .consume less food in summer and more water as we all know we feel very thirsty very soon when we take water before because of the summer .as there are any fruits are found in market especially some fruits which re found only in summer like watermelon ,oranges and mangoes as mangoes create home thirsty but rich in nutrients and coming to watermelon it has ninety nine percent of water which will manage water level in human body .

Drinking water in high level as cored to other seasons because this summer hotness make fell dehydrated drink plenty of water for day. Note do not drink too much of water t a tie because it may make you feel uncomfortable .also avoid taking heavy meals in a day. And it is mandatory to take a meal in regular interval if not you y get unconscious from the heat. Play indoor games by gathering some friends or family members it will gives relaxation and builds relation among you. Drink water or fruit juices as cool drinks are not safe they are made from some chemicals so avoid taking them or else drink lemon juice it’s a very good source to recover your thirty and full fill your thirst in summer. Do not take too much of fruits this s for sugar patients because sugar will be sugar so take it but in limited amount. The people who are working in hot weather has to take care more than any one else because sunstroke may change your entire career to end here itself. During summer it is not that much easy to maintain peace because of its hotness so be cool staying under a cool places. Do not run in to hot air it will definitely effect your skins has some skin will not bare the hotness of sun so apply some natural remedies to your body while it is summer. Wear cotton clothes and do not wear especially black colored dresses because blackness will observe heat very soon and white colored dress will reflect them. Wear some short clothes which makes you comfort in summer. If possible take shower for twice or thrice it will keeps you feel fresh because hotness in summer make you irritating due to sweat and skin related problems.eat healthy food and exercise if possible in the morning hours .

Keep your surrounding hygiene.eat a balanced diet which has to maintain regularity in taking meals through a day. Avoid eating oily food which re fried and made u of oil so called because they will makes you feel thirsty all the day s take care choosing the food items in summer.
