They probably beat the US, Canada and other smaller teams in the carribean to make it.

USA made it to the last Confed Cup. And mexico is better than them most of the time.

But i think a US team would have done better in this competition. They have a fighting spirit that i don't see in the Mexicans.

Mexico won the Concacaf Nations cup while Uruguay won the South American nations cup. Brazil is there because they're the host.

True. Their goalkeeper was magnificent in the last Confed Cup. I think it was against Brazil he saved like 10 times. Think of Enyeama's saves at the world cup in 2010. Brilliant!
