Why you accept opening unsuspected strange link, download file, or CD that you do not know what is contained inside the hidden virus file spreading to your computer/laptop?

NEVER OPEN STRANGE LINK that you DO NOT KNOW!!! Often junk multiple PORN sites pop-up WITHOUT ANTI-VIRUS PROTECTION installed on your computer system that contains inside virus downloaded file you want to crack something.

You learn the lesson the painfully remove the virus attack "Trojan Vundo" on your computer!

Here is a link to solve the problem.

http://www.atribune.org/

Once you solve the problem. Make sure you download Spyware Terminator

It is the best free security provider in the market right now.

Make sure you also install ClamWin Antivirus.

After installation, make sure you scan and delete the once attached to you .DLL files.

Note: The Vundo I know usually installs itself and will always show you pop ups advertising either malware, spyware as an antivirus. If you go ahead and install those antiviruses advertised in the pop ups, that is when your problem will be more.

Let me know about the results.

Note: You may not like the Spyware Terminator shield, so you may disable it after installation.

I dont think tht'll be necessary grin. He has gotten enough advice. For now, the only problem u are "cappable" to "ficks" is ur grammatical error. I definitely wont want to leave my Notebook with one who would like to "ficks" it grin. Sorry just kiddin.

https://www.nairaland.com/nigeria/topic-90465.0.html

If you finally got resolved this matter, but keep in your mind that "TROJAN VUNDO" is still presently affected inside your hard disk drive. Then I advice you to do quickly as soon as possible at below:
[li]do what @nazzyon say per se instruction how to remove "TROJAN VUNDO"[/li]
[li]MUST INSTALL anti-virus protection software on your computer! ! There are over 1 millions viruses out there you never know to hit attacked again. DON'T WAIT UNTIL TOO LATE!!![/li]
That software will automatically detect any virus/trojan/malware affected on your computer/laptop quickly to PROMPT YOU ALERT A WARNING DIALOG MESSAGE in order to remove them automatically for you.

That's why it is A MUST!

CADE, are you familier with System Setup?

If you are not, please don't follow this procedure.

You need to remove the Hard drive.

Study the drive to know how to position the jumper on the pin to make it a slave.

You will need another full functioning PC.

Open its casing and proceed to the Board.

Note: The other harddisk is already in Master don'r touch it.

Connect the IDE cable to your hard drive. Here is a Quicky: http://compreviews.about.com/od/tutorials/ss/DIYSecHD_6.htm

Start your PC and go into System Setup

If you don't know anything here please do not go further.

Set the drive to IDE(n) whatever comes after the Master.

e.g If the Master is IDE 0, Slave may be IDE1 or 2.

Go back to the first page on the System setup and Save the changes made.

Your system will restart and go all the way to the desktop.

Note: Before you attempt the process above you must have installed Spyware Terminator and ClamWin.

Make sure it is up to date. And enable its Shield to protect the other hard disk from been infected.

And as an addition the system must have a good Anti-virus e.g Avast or AVG - is manageable but it is not the best you can find.

I am very sure Spyware Terminator's Real Shield will detect it.

Just go ahead and scan, "Quick Scan" for a start.

Scan with the Anti-Virus.

When you are done scanning shut down, disconnect and then return the Jmper back to its former position.

Reconnect and then start your computer.

OR If you don't want to go through all the stress.

You can Backup all your files and format the Hard drive to re-instal a fresh Windows on your System.

But before you send back your files you have to do a thorough scan.

IF YOU FIND ALL THAT STUFF TO CONFUSING PLEASE TAKE YOUR COMPUTER TO AN ENGINEER.

@ Poster, the problem is that you did not state your problem very well.
1. Is this a BIOS password or Windows(operating system) password?
2. What model/brand of PC are we working on?

I can help if I know these.

Lol!  grin no mind am o jare.  Hin don create another name--wasn't that the same Toshiba notebook he thinks BIOS passwords are only present in?  The trojan Vundo has nothing to do with BIOS password but rather creates a popup advertisement that fakes the sale of antivirus/antispyware tools.  Just like oyb, I think all these BIOS password tales are bologna!
