Those questions were tricky

IMO its next to impossible to conclude on the personality of a person with 10 questions (those 10 especially). But then, I'm not the HR expert. Good luck to everyone cos really it feels like a gamble. On to the next one.

There were more than 10 questions for shell to start with. Then I'm not saying the questions can't be effective, I'm saying to form a richer opinion on the personality of a candidate, you'd need to mix in more questions, vary the circumstances more, etc. I bet you this is the first time anyone including you has had a 10 question personality test.
But like I said in my first post, what do I know? We can argue and blow grammar here,the koko is getting through.
