I subscribed for airtel blackberry one month unlimited plan last wednesday and by yesterday i could not chat and when i checked my data balance they said i have no active data plan. Pls what do i do because i have called customer care to complain and they said after 12 hours but still the problem persists. I am considering calling NCC help line to report. Your kind suggestions will be appreciated.

AIRTEL is FRAUD. Dey scammed me waybak in 2008 during my NYSC days; stole a huge sum from my phone. I called & gav dem stunning details; dey confirmed it, & promised 2 return d money. I duggedly folowed dem up 4 d next 2months but dey refusd 2 refund me. In one of my many calls 2 their so called Customer Care, I told dem dat fraud is part of their buzness plan. I am hapy 2 be in court wit dem today (though 4 anoda reason). Just gather ur facts & petition NCC. I wonda wat dey do 2 their ilitrate subscribers!

the same thing happen to me,i will make sure i report to the necessary authority and if noting done to restore my data, a drastic step will be taken. i dnt care whose ox is gonne

I just called customer care and they said i have exhausted my data when i have not used up to 200mb and that i should load and subscribe again.

airtel, do somthing ooo before your mast are burnt down

U surround yasef wit crates of broken rotten eggs (a.k.a. airtel Bis/data plans) and expect not to perceive the rotten air.

Forget it. PORT NOW TO MTN . Calls, Texts, Data n BIS plans, MTN Nigeria is the King of Affordability.

By the time we bombard them with call i know they will call Airtel to question.
