please someone help me, tell me how to correct this.

when i use my mtn sim in my modem to browse, on my laptop, i cannot access twitter.com
it tells me internet explorer cant display the page. same thing on chrome, same thing on mozilla.
i tried doing nslookup for twitter.com on command prompt cmd, it says server failed.
but i can access every other website using my mtn.

I changed to a glo sim on my modem, on still d same laptop, i can access twitter.com comfortably plus other sites.

Problem now is i have already spent 8k for 5gig mtn subscription, so i cant change network and i desperately need to access twitter.com

how can i correct this problem on mtn?

av called mtn customer care, they have no clue.

av times without number cleared my internet history, shut down, restarted laptop, it still doesnt work.

please help!

I have the same problem. I haven't been able to find a complete solution but for now, I use an ip changing software, when i change my ip to a foreign one, i can access twitter successfully. I suggest you do same. If you need any such software (VPN), let me know.

Twitter has released an official statement that it knows that some users are having difficulty accessing the service. So we are not alone. Also, if you try www.downforeveryoneorjustme.com, you will see that it says twitter.com is up (that is, using your normal mtn ip). But if you use, www.downrightnow.com, it says this for twitter.com : POSSIBLE SERVICE DISRUPTION.
