I provide u an easy way to port any rom of XOLO Q800.. or Those for Gionee e3 itself... U wont need to keep replacing files...

1.Download any Rom which u like for Gionee E3 or XOLO Q800.."
2.Download the zip provided on this link..

3.Flash the ROm with the usual procedure.
4.Do not reboot...

Listen all the roms are for q80p and will have the camera issue but I think I can fix that I will make a zip file of all the libcam files

mine aint showing any greenline its all clear but its on 6M PIX... Nd it lacks quality.. On pure xperia

Just look for another gionee usb cord. I had exactly same problem with my follow come usb cord, it was only charging evrytime I connect to my laptop. I swapped it with a friends gionee p2 usb cord and it is working perfectly. Goodluck
