if d invitation 4 interview is based on grade or age, i believe they wouldnt av shortlisted people below ds standard 4 test in d first place. I'm 27 and graduated wit 2:2. I'm stil eagerly expectin an invite 4 interview.

@evry1...I got success txt 2wks after aptitude test and got invitation for interview 2 wks after success txt. Some of d ppl I had d interview wit got txt for medicals 2wks after d interview...dey'v alrdy bn accepted by sterln bnk. Itz not abt goin 4 interview wit 2.2 or age...itz abt bn accepted by d bank as a staff. Lagos ppl are many datz y d interviews ar in phases. If any1 wit 2.2 receives a txt for medicals,let's know so I can b proved wrong.10x all.

Woah Congrats! It was another interview in my opinion, albeit brief. Prepare for anything cos people were dropped yesterday based on one thing or the other. Did my medicals yesterday also. Brush up on ur interview skills and history of the bank. Also, be familiar with your discipline and be prepared for questions like "why do u wanna work with us? Where in the bank wil you like to work, what interests you"

All went well. "What's your name?"That was the only question i was asked,then asked to wait in another room.Ten minutes later,i was called to collect a medical letter. I was so speechless. I did medicals that same day.

Congrats la belle, apparently you are one of the many who barely got interviewed before picking up their medical letter. Makes me wonder why i got drilled that much on the day. Everyone will be called up in the end once u succeeded in the test and got interviewed either once or twice - Well unless you make yourself unemployable. The recruitment process in most of these banks aren't usually a one-patterned type of thing and thats the reason for the confusion. U'd compare other banks to have an idea wot i'm talkin about. Some wrote the test in February and we both picked the medical letters same day. Picture that!
Just be patient and hopeful too... It is well.

Seriously their recruitment process is one thing i don't understand! But the information i gathered
has it that Sterling needs people,that was why they called for another test after that of July2nd,those people are still awaiting interview. So,that you have not been called doesn't mean that you will not be called. It is well
