i recently learnt that aritel recently wiped off the data and credit of many of their users unjustly! my two airtel sims was affectted too..in one them i duly subscribed to 260mb 1month plan last week which still remain 220mb as at monday, then the other sim which i uses on modem, i subscribed aritel bb plan for 1gb to expire 24th still remaining 350mb. all of them where wiped off!! ..... about 5 of my friends are complaining of the same thing.

i have called
airtel Customer Care line several times since monday and
they keep promising to do something about
it till this moment...pls other nairaland airtel users
that were affectted, whats the way foward or
do we allow airtel to shortchange us just like that .. ur
opinions are welcomed...

its a pity. i av called them several times and after checking my line throughly they promised to return it, but it seems an empty promise.... is there any other means to report this fraud and get it correctted

the most annoying part was that when i called their customer care my airtime was deducted

I just did a three months BIS to xpire second week in September. All my data is gone.... I've been subscribing to Daily plan to ping.200 naira so far. Artel bleeped up

you better do what i did. Remove the mumu helltel sim and put it in darkest safe under your wardrobe where it will forever
