Our client is a leading international early stage Viscon Research Organisation (VRO) with a presence in Africa, Middle East and Mainland Europe.

We are recruiting for experienced Business Development Directors with a background in delivery of sales into the early stages (stage 1 & 2a) Health Research Market.

Experience of selling early stages as outlined – in African Countries will be beneficial.

Through continued development and growth of the business our client is seeking an experienced candidate to join the team and focus on growing the client brand and selling their services to Africa marketplace.

The successful applicant will preferably be degree qualified (Life Sciences, Sciences) and will have 3-5 years of business development experience in the VRO or pharmaceutical market. There is a requirement for particular early stage experience.

Excellent interpersonal skills, superb presentation and the ability to manage your own workload effectively is essential. This role is a home based role and will involve traveling around your targeted region prospecting, meeting and developing new relationships.

Commission is based on a % of sales and weighted towards new business.

There is admin support for this role; we want someone who is a hunter, and networker and closer of deals.
