well, as for me. i gat an okay-physical look, but i wished i had the time to finish my programme in the gym to build an 8-pack-block-like stomach frame. i once saw it on an AC Milan player Edmilson,and from wat i inquired, it wud take me at least 60 consistent days to get it done. but i seem not be free,cos of the nature of my job. i just do my work out indoors b4 work and on saturday's btw 6-8am, i op i achieve it. cos i wanna look more attractible, LOl
