Nintendo released another 3DS firmware update on Jun.28, which updates the 3DS system to version 6.1.0-x. It is confirmed that this update didn't block r4i gold 3ds (r4ids.cn) with the latest patch from 6.0.0-x. R4i gold 3ds can support the newest 3DS Ver.6.1.0-X directly (as long as your card supported V6.0.0-X before). Not 100% sure if there are any newly blocked flashcarts since 6.0.0-x?
