Village Elder-Ivory Coast old is part of culture in Cote d'Ivoire ( Ivory Coast). Our ancestors have been living with gold for thousands of years way before the "White" people penetrate Africa. The using of gold is a traditional aspect of our society in EBURNIE ( Ivory Coast/ Cote d'Ivoire ). By the way the original name of Cote d'Ivoire or Ivory Coast is EBURNIE,meaning the land of proud Black people. That's where the terms "ebony", "ebene" came from. West Africa the home of GOLD COAST |

Adamskuty: hmm! Noble fulaman, why is it that some northerners call themselves hausa/fulani and not hausa or fulani separatly?? Exactly, inter marriages between Hausa and Fulani lead to the having of Hausa/Fulani, but in essence there are the pure blooded Hausas and the pure blooded Fulani (majority of whom still live a nomadic life). However, it is difficult now to find a Hausa man without Fulani blood in his lineage. |
