hello! my name is valentine,!i found ur adress on internet, i would like to know something about immigration rules. my problem is this: im from romania, im in uk for more than 5 years, i met a mexican girl in june 2010, and we stay together for aprox 2 years and 3 mths, (living together), she came to uk in sept.2009, i think, and she overstayed her visa, she get caught by police and finally sent back to mexico at state expense,. this year i visited her and decided to try to apply for a new visa , as a couple, im from eea area, can u advise me pls, what should i do, (i read on ukba website that as an eea national i can apply for partners visa with no cost, is it true?), i will be very happy if i will get an answer from somebody!! thx a lot!!
