Nigerian e-commerce site, Konga.com has launched three parcel pick up centers in Lagos. According to the company, instead of delivering a parcel to a customer’s home or business address, customers can choose to have their orders delivered to a Konga.com Pick-Up centre. Once the parcel is delivered to the pickup location, they will receive a notification that the order has reached the pick-up centre, and will have a whole week to pick-up their package(s).

Customers can also return packages to the centers in line with Konga’s 7 day return policy. The centers will be open 7 days a week at no cost to Konga’s customers.

The first 3 pickup centers are located at:

Victoria Island: 12 Idowu Taylor Street, Victoria Island

Surulere: 80 Bode Thomas Street, Surulere

Ikeja: 24 Isaac John Street, GRA Ikeja
