Hello NLs; In the coming weeks, i ll have to make a serious (but hard) decision between this two banks (Diamond or UBA) as i will soon be called for their Graduate Training. I need advise on which way to go considering the ffg factors: staff welfare packages (not only basic pay), job stability, career development (promotion)etc and other relevant information. Please...well detailed and confirmed comments. (I will also appreciate comments from NLs that are staff of the mentioned banks). Thank you! |

i think you should go for daimond bank.forget about the name of UBA.daimond dose better in staff welfare and staff package. |
