Imagine. After applying for a training program meant for Niger Deltans, u are then invited to lagos for a chat/interview. All d processes involved are supposed to be done in the Niger Delta region to ease transportation and movement of the applicants. I almost applied for it. But the mere fact that, i would have to travel down to lagos is a major discouragment. It even makes me want to agree wit the above poster. @mod. Cn u frontpage this thread plz.
